SUMMARY
The early silent film era created many “stars” and established the film industry that we are all familiar with today. As time has past many “stars” have come and gone but the Keystone Cops an original band of 7 marry men live on today.
Produced by Mack Sennett by the Keystone Film Company in the early 20th century the Keystone Cops were a troupe of comedians who fumbled around without coordination and expending excess energy for the amusement of their audience.
These physical comedians of the silent era thrilled audiences and amused a generations of men and women by creating dramatic tension and propelling the careers of many future actors.
